Great Steak

"Worst customer service experience. Those 3 young kids need a supervisor to ensure proper training and learn how to treat customers. By thw way, the food WAS horrible"

"They need some new workers. The 3 little girls that work there don’t want to do their jobs they want to act like ur not there so they won’t have to make any orders. They r rude for no reason. u get cussed out if u ask if u can make a order or if the order is wrong. They are unsanitary scratch body parts them making order without washing up maybe that door in back don’t have cameras that’s the spot I will never eat there again that was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen get some new clean respectful workers in that place cuz them girls r disgusting and rude.."

"Horrible. Cashier barely talked to me. Like I was an imposition. I got a great steak, only steak extra steak and extra cheese. Barely any meat. And no double cheese ( as i asked for cheese sauce for my 2nd cheese) and the bread was not cooked. Like raw frozen bread. No warm or tasted at all. Very very dry and bland even with the extra season salt I asked for. It's a shame... been going there for 30 yrs. That was my last time. Long ago are the days of good oh Johnny owning and running the spot. Will be my last time for sure."

"This place has gone down hill a lot I don’t know if it’s new owners or what but it gets worse every time you go. Last time it didn’t have good flavor and I thought it was a fluke thing this time I got a large sandwich and there was barley any meat on it."
