"Updating my review to 4 stars. I Reached out to corporate per their request. Brendan helped me to find a shoe that works for me and keeps me safe. Thanks again for all of your help. 1st time in footwork. Trying another store for work boots. I am a pipefitter that works in alot of fluids primarily oil. I explained this to the sale rep. A seemingly very knowledgeable woman. She explained the return policy and I left. Ffwd to yesterday I finally wore the shoes to work. Mind you I purchased a pair of wolverines that were marked oil and slip resistant. I almost slipped and fell within the first hour of work and spent the rest of my day with no traction and alot of gliding and sliding. So I called, to complain and ask why they are labeled such and not. The response was that there are different degrees of slip resistant. I had passed my 30 days the original sales lady stated prior to wearing. So a return wasn't expected. But to know that footwork boots won't hold up at my job saddened me. So back to the wing guys with low selection but I will be safe and throw my money in the garbage. You got 2 start for nice service rep. Won't be back thanks. Be careful with what you buy there if you work in a high slip area. ***update called wolverine- they stated rhey stopped selling that model 2 years ago. If not stored properly they hydro..sumthing. essentially harden and loose its slip resistance. Changing 2 star to 1 and not returning. If you buy wolverines. I'd buy directly from manufacturer their 30 day return covers if you wear them to work and have problems."
