"Excellent place to workout but membership experience is lackluster at best. Billing issues seem to be ongoing and better more complete training of employees a must. The owner needs to get more involved in the success of the club and make it even better."

"Do not sign a contract here. The gym is pretty crowded with equipment which makes it hard to work out. What's really disappointing is the service. I had to talk to about 4 people, yes FOUR, to cancel my membership. Then, was continued to be charged for 3 months until I caught it. Called for refund and cancel. Still jumping through hoops and they have not handled the situation. The employees have zero empowerment or ability to take care of customers. How difficult is a simple task?"

"Nice gym with lots of equipment but customer service is nonexistent. We were genuinely interested in signing up for a membership until speaking with the front desk employee. After standing around the lobby waiting to be helped, we had to interrupt her conversation with friends just to ask about pricing. After getting her attention, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. There was also no pricing info available for potential members to see, just what she read to us off of a crumpled up piece of paper. If they had competent and helpful people running the place, they would have 2 new members."

"Whatever you do.... DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT. You have to actually go into the building to cancel any memberships you sign up for. I thought I could just let my year lapse and I'd stop being charged for a membership that I hadn't used in 8+ months. But no, the charges keep coming until you physically go into the location to sign something else. Why they don't let you cancel over the phone or at least offer some kind of mail-in or online option, I have no idea. It's 2023."

"Excellent gym tucked away from main roads. The gym is one of the larger Powerhouse’s I have been to and had by far the most merch I have seen. 3 or 4 large areas to work out in and had no problems getting to the equipment I was looking for."
