"Dirty and busted. Such a disappointment from what this place was 3 years ago for my son's party. Even 6 months ago it was not nearly as bad. There isn't one section in the entire place that isn't broken or disgusting. Don't waste your money on this germ pit. The owners obviously don't."
"Well the place isnt as clean as they say it is, the workers did not do anything but play at the register. Pizza and cake was not delivered to the birthday area, clean up charged $53 to sweep up a small area of birthday cake which we would have done but your website states cleaning is included. Shame on your business for robbing hard working people!!"
"Had my daughters party there. Staff did not help do anything during daughters birthday party besides get us candles. It says they provide clean up after a party and I got charged $53 extra to clean up cake. Manager claims they sent out email saying they charge extra for excessive clean up which I never received email. It never stated on the invoice or package details that it was a extra charge to clean up cake otherwise I would have cleaned up the smash cake mess. They asked if I wanted to give a tip which showed $5 for 10% and they took $21 instead. Owner said its because the tip is off the full package amount not the amount left even though that's what the tipping option shows. I was never informed that the amount would be more than it showed. This place is a joke."
