"Immediately greeted when walking in which is a plus, however, once I did actually need help it was like pulling teeth. The employees seem to be more concerned about their conversation in the back than helping. Tried on one pair of boots that didn't fit and once I handed the pair back, that was kind of the end of everything. Based on the reviews, it seems like this was an anomaly so I would be willing to try again some point."
