"I have been going to Ellet Vision since I was a little girl to present. I have three children that are 12, 6 and 5 and they have never gone anywhere else. For our family, a trip to the eye doctors feels like visiting extended family. There's really no other place like Ellet Vision. The examination is fairly quick and informative. You will most likely be seen by Dr. Angela. She is very professional and so down to earth. Nikki will make you feel right at home and is very involved in helping you and your family pick out glasses that will fit your face perfectly. My family has always picked up our glasses when told they would be arriving. Our whole family adores Nikki and Dr. Angela so much! Ellet Vision is a wonderful place with amazing service and care ♥"

"So I was looking to have my prescription glasses updated. I paid the deposit and left the glasses with the clerk. Waited over a month due to not hearing anything back. When I called the lady said they had "lost" my glasses. She then said that I could have anything in the store on display but they don't have any similar to the pair that I wore. She said they would reorder my frames online.Waited another two weeks and had to call back again for her to say that it's in backorder and they don't know when they will have it. When I asked for reimbursement of my glasses she said they will not reimburse me and are NOT responsible for lost or stolen frames. Please do not let this happen to you."

"Nikki is very knowledgeable. I have tried other optical places but Ellet Vision is the best for me. At my last appointment I walked in and Nikki said she had the perfect pair of glasses already picked out for me. Me being me, I began trying on many different frames, not trusting Nikki's expertise. I tried on many different styles of glasses and not really finding 'the one', I decided to try the one Nikki had picked out for me. I couldn't believe it! They were perfect and I love them! Nikki is a no-nonsense business owner, and takes extreme care with her patients."

"I've been a customer of their's since I was 11 . I'm 41 now . Nikki and her dad have always been great . I'll continue being a customer as long as she's in business . You can't please everyone but I can't say I've ever been disappointed ."

"Extremely rude staff. Would not release prescription until insurance paid them. Insurance confirms they paid out 21 days ago. Could not trouble themselves to print the paper for me, because they had "customers." So essentially they wouldn't fix their mistake, for a customer, because they had other customers to make money off of. It shouldn't take 24 hours to press print on a computer, especially when you made the mistake about not being paid. Proceeded to hang up on me when questioned about how difficult it is to hit control p. Would not recommend them to anyone, terrible customer service, the fat lady w short hair is short with you. Overall bad experience."
