"This visit was fast and straight to a point. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We initially went to Cleveland Clinic express care in Macedonia and after 1hr and 15 minutes waiting had to leave because staff couldn’t tell us when we will be seen although I told them I brought a child with fever. This is going to be my new place to go for a quick check."

"University hospital urgent care in Twinsburg was great. Starting with the front desk-friendly, excellent and helpful! The RN - Mary who first took me in- she was great! Friendly, answered all my questions. Assured me they would do their best to help me. And then the PA who came in to try to diagnose and prescribe the meds I needed- she was great. Informative, helpful and made sure I knew to come back if I needed more help. I was in and out in a timely manner, and when I got to the pharmacy, my prescription was ready and waiting. I felt like a VIP. I highly recommend University Hospitals Urgent Care in Twinsburg!"

"Everyone was friendly and efficient. They had water and mints in the lobby (I was grateful because I had forgotten my water bottle). There was very little wait time. The nurse was patient with me during my strep swab. The NP was kind and thoughtful. My antibiotic prescription was sent immediately and I was able to pick it up on my way home. The only feedback I have is that the nurse told me “the doctor” would be in to see me when I knew I would be seeing an NP. I went to urgent care to see the NP, but others may not know."
