UH Rainbow Pediatricenter - Twinsburg

"Fantastic! Everyone saying the wait times or it’s slow…that’s bc they are squeezing you in, be thankful that you are seen instead of waiting 7 hours in an urgent care!"

"I went with my 2 kids for their annual check up. During the visit, it was evident that infection control measures were lacking at the university hospital. The medical assistant, Stephanie, failed to change gloves before & between administering shots to my 2 kids. even after being requested to do so. She said “ I never heard about that!”. I answered “ I am a dentist that make sure I change the gloves in front of the pt in the office & only use it with the pt”. Her dismissive response and lack of adherence to basic safety precautions raised concerns about the hospital's commitment to infection control. She was also so rough especially with my youngest one. Furthermore, the inconsistency in customer service added to the distressing experience. Stephanie's initial refusal to provide charts for their growth by a more accommodating response from another assistant, highlighted a lack of uniformity in dealing with parents' requests. These instances collectively point to a need for improved infection control protocols and customer service standards at the university hospital, particularly when dealing with the health and well-being of children. I tried to report my concerns rather than writing a review but there is no contact information for higher ups?!!"

"A couple of times the doctors saw my kids and I did not have an appointment. The staff are professionals. In addition the doctors not only care about their health but also they ask about their academics."

"We love the doctor we see and they have always easily accomodated us if we need to be seen last minute. The office does run a little slow sometimes which is the only issue I have."

"My daughter has been a patient with PediatricCenter since birth and up until this past year we have been more than happy with their services. The staff at the Twinsburg office is less than satisfactory. For starters they sent a prescription to a pharmacy we haven't used in over a year and when we tried to contact them to correct the error they acted like we were at fault. In conjunction with this incident we tried to cancel my daughters appointment and we were kept on hold for an extended period of time . When we called back we were put on hold again for an extended period . All together we were on hold for an hour before we were finally able to cancel . There are no words to describe my complete disappointment and as someone who has spent a number of years working in the medical field and knowing the importance in the level of care you are supposed to give to patients. I feel this was far from exhibited in this instance."
