Five Below

"mostly everyone who works here is so nice and it's all VERY organized but there's one employee who tends to ruin the experience.. there's been a few times that I've asked the lady with purple eyeshadow to help me find something and everytime she's given me a judgemental look and told me that everything they have is on the floor without even checking to see if there's something in the back or if I maybe missed something when I look. She just points and says "over there" without even going over."

"I was able to process a simple exchange with no issues. I didn't have my receipt, but the clerk was happy to offer an exchange. When they didn't have my size, she was happy to offer a store credit. Fantastic service! Which is far more than I can say about the dayton mall location, which is horrible."

"Worst customer service by whoever the female ‘Chris’ is, I called prior to taking a trip to the store searching for freeze dried skittles and was told by this person that they had some available. I asked if they would be able to hold two bags and I would be on my way, they told me they could not (even though it had been done in the past). I drive to the store, call the number back because the person who answered was not the checkout person and ‘Chris’ comes from the back and points me to freeze dried gummy bears…I told her when we spoke, you told me you all had freeze dried skittles and she tries telling me I said ‘freeze dried’ which literally makes no sense at all because I was specifically looking for the skittles and would not have taken a blank trip for ‘freeze dried.’ Thanks for lying Christine and making me take a blank trip."

"A great location. The employee was friendly and greeted me upon entering and thanked me for shopping. The items are mostly decent quality."
