"I tried to exchange two T shirts that still had the tags but they refused. They said no exchanges or refunds without a receipt. The associate wasn't nice at all, didn't even acknowledge me as I stood by thr service desk. I find it to be an extremely odd policy to not provide a size exchange for two T shirts. I went to the beavercreek location and was helped with ZERO issues. The staff at this location is rude and unhelpful."
"Definitely not the nicest Five Below I have been to. You can tell that they have issues with shoplifting here. Their carts have long metal poles attached so they can't be easily stolen. Also, their employees were pretty unprofessional - there was one guy in particular who was very loud, obnoxious, and wandered around the store chatting up all the ladies who were there. Overall an "OK" experience."
"They are a great place to end find gifts or books and stuffed animals or even candy for good prices. We love to go there to see what new stuff they have put right now they have 1/2 the store closed off for remodel I guess. What is really nice now is that they have self check out to make life so much easier then standing on line for a cashier. Oh, if you like squishmallows, they have xs -medium ones. Medium are $6 don't know now much Amy others are but my daughter loves them and bought a bunch for her 1yr old daughter. So go in take a look, you never knew what you might find. Here a picture below to show some of the squishmallows she got."
