"The donuts are fresh and delicious. The apple fritters are very good. Wouldn't recommend the cream filled, however. The cream has an odd flavor added to it that you wouldn't expect for a vanilla cream. It might be lemon or almond extract. I prefer the traditional vanilla cream."

"This place used to have the best glazed donuts in the Midwest. They were square, light and fluffy. I could eat half a dozen in one sitting. They've recently changed they're recipe and now their donuts are round and all of the fluffiness is gone. They're very dense now - almost like cake donuts. Also, it seems they're sweeter now for some reason - and not in a good way. I won't buy donuts here anymore unless they go back to their old recipe."
