"shoe dept has a great variety of New Balance, Nike, and Adidas & a decent variety. Wasn't all that busy & had shoes picked out & checked out within 15 mins"

"After looking all over town the show dept had what I had been looking for. The staff was helpful and greeted me when I 1st entered."

"Walked in the first day to look at options. After realizing they put the left shoes in the back so you can't try on a full pair I made my selection. The girl that day was wearing pajamas and looked as if she sleeps in the back room of the store the other employee that was there didnt seem to care abiut anything either. Completed my purchase and left. Went back 2 days later to return my purchase to find the manager and "friend" standing at the entrance smoking. The younger girl walked in to help me while the other two stood outside to smoke and gossip. The girl who did help me was wonderful and polite but was a bit confused on how to do my return as it included a discount. The store doesn't look like it has been organized in a year. There was boxes upon boxes scattered in the walkways. They had the same shoes in multiple locations on display but no way to figure out what went where. Absolutely would not recommend. 2 different days and got pretty much the same service both days and the store still looked like it hasn't been swept or upkeep done in a while."

"I went in today looking for hey dudes for my husband and myself. I had no issues with finding what I needed in men’s. When I moved onto myself I asked the 1 of the 2 (not friendly) workers if they had shoe socks to try on and she said they’re upfront. Then I go to check out the other women says nothing to me, opens the box and walks away. To say the least they need better customer service communication and maybe greet customers when they walk in and you are sitting on the counter."
