"Some how I got 6 pills and suppose to take 1 per for 7 days at least get the amount right. First time at the location and messed up. Hard to keep new customers if mess up first time being there."

"Very slow through the drive through and never have prescription ready when they call and say they’re ready. They gave me the wrong prescription and on top of that, they put the wrong label on and everything. They never check to make sure the order is covered by insurance and end up having to pay some of it because they didn’t run it through properly. Bad customer service."

"The pharmacy in Coldwater since covid started is slow, messes up your calk in refills or new medication from the doctor. They robo call your medication is ready but when you go to pick it up its not ready and you have to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes any given day. Not sure what has happened but their service has really went down hill."
