"The hours showed the restaurant was opened until 12AM, but when arriving at the drive thru at 11:50PM, all the menu boards were turned off and nobody would come to the window to take our order."

"I almost always use the drive through but most of the it is quick.and fresh"

"Used the app to order, only to find the lobby was closed when I arrived to puck it up. Sign on the door stating they closed the lobby at 645 due to staffing. Which meant I spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. They were very busy and service was slow. Food was lukewarm at best when I received it."
