"Tim is beyond fabulous. I was introduced to Tim with the mindset of I'd feel safe with him because I was new to feeling feelings again. He has made me feel safe and comfortable to the point where I have his direct line if I needed. I've missed a few appointments due to mental health issues that wouldn't allow me to leave my house and he never once let that hinder any part of my care and appointments were rescheduled. There was also a time where I shut everyone out including Tim and upon my return I was told he didn't stop thinking about me and how I was doing. I'm not just a patient, I'm a person. Thank you."
"Went here for an intake and was made to wait at least an hour. I got up and told them I'm leaving. I don't consider myself particularly in need of psychiatric help, but I know you people shouldn't be doing this to the ones that are. Absolutely shameful service."
"I am hopefully giving them a chance I have an appointment Monday, July 17,2023 I was going to zeph center . They were ok for awhile then thing changed . I was so busy with work and other things I missed my appointment and you know I was on two Suboxone a day which I probably should’ve been on one and a half. I think it was a mental thing, but they completely just cut me off and kick me out on the street like I was nothing. my doctor tells me that it’s her job not to. I said well I come here to get help they just want your money so I just want to go to work and stay sober that’s it that’s all I wanna do in life so if anyone can give me advice or let me know that would be awesome thanks they are basically like anything else I was in there and I was with John really bad and all I could really think about was taking a Suboxone and they kept saying you gotta do that you gotta do that you gotta wait till there’s and I literally had to beg to just get one Suboxone it’s hard to do all the requirements when you have a job and all I wanna do is stay sober and go to work but I guess it’s OK if people are not working"
"Tim is so welcoming and actually takes the time to really listen. He is very understanding and empathetic . He leaves you with the feeling that he sees you and treats you as an individual as opposed to treating everyone the same . Seems to realize different things work for different people. He is a very special find and I highly recommend him especially to anyone who is uncomfortable with talking about their mental health. You will find comfort here."
"Dr Adele is very compassionate he cares about his patience and he's really awesome man. if you want to get clean community they will make sure that you were on the right path."
