"My son got fitted for his new glasses. Whoever the lady was, was obviously in a rush, didn’t take her time. So my sons glasses were leaving marks on his ears. Then my son broke his glasses twice. First time we placed an order for the frames, they told us it’d be 10-14 days. No call. So I called them and they said we never placed an order, which was not true. So we had to wait ANOTHER 14 days. Second time he broke his glasses; waited to hear back again. Nothing. I had to call them, and his glasses are just sitting there. Nobody called or sent out a text saying we could pick them up. Talk about unacceptable service."

"The doctor is great but be aware of hidden cost. There is always a “check one more thing out test”. They don’t tell you those 2 minute test are uncovered by insurance and you’ll receive a hefty bill in the mail in a month."

"Allie and Amanda really helped me out when I was in a bind. My frames broke, so I called and was told they still had that frame, and I just needed to bring in my lenses. I figured I would have to wait days (or longer) to have them put in, but within minutes they were replaced and I was out the door. These two gals were very friendly and helpful."
