"You discharged my pregnant girlfriend when she had bronchitis this morning with no help or diagnosis. She had to leave your emergency room and go straight to a better one. Your agency is by far disgusting and your staff are literal idiots. You need to be shut down immediately before you risk the lives of others. DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL DISCHARGE YOU VERY ILL. I have filed a complaint with the Medical Board."
"Not sure if its understaffing or what the issue is but I was always impressed by the care there. It has changed dramatically. No empathy, no personality on any staff, no sense of urgency for patients. Only one nurse was nice everyone left you to wait alone not even checking to see if the patient was okay. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. Will never return."
"I wouldn't give a star if it was an option. I pull up front in a hurry because my mother can't breathe, we live close to the hospital and a 3 min drive is better than waiting 30 mins for an ambulance. I go in and they ask if I need seen, I say "no I have my mother out front and she can't breathe" the receptionist just looked at me and said "okay?" And I'm like? Okay can I get some help please she CANT BREATHE. She calls on the walkie and says "can I get someone, a patient needs help from their car" NEVER mentioned she couldn't breathe. I meet them out front where they bring a chair and I tell that nurse that she can't breathe as my mom is shaking, coughing and gasping for air. I get another "okay" and then they take her to registration! When we do get back they do test, quickly give her a diagnosis and meds that haven't worked, leaving her still struggling and now going to a different hospital. Seriously take the trip out of bula, it's a joke."
"On today the 20th of march my wife and I sat in the ER lobby for over 2 hours to not be seen. In the last 5 days she just had surgery. Today she had a burning pain that waste inducing vomiting. After waiting we just left and went somewhere else because this hospital will let you die in the ER lobby before being seen. It has happened. People have died waiting to be seen. The addition they are building makes no sense since what they already have is bad quality. Don’t go here."
"This place is a total joke. Somebody with severe abdominal pain could not get seen in over an hour. No pain meds all they did was take a urine specimen no x-ray no nothing. We left and took my daughter to Geneva hospital emergency room and were seen immediately. The ER physician at ACMC was very condescending and I don’t care how understaffed they are. It is not the patients’ fault."
