"Can’t imagine a worse retail experience. Quick description of our experience. Walked in, 1 other customer in the store, who is checking out. 1 employee at cash register helping other customer, 5 employees wandering the sales floor. No greeting or help offered, which is fine. Selected a few shirts for my son. Got in line behind THE ONLY OTHER CUSTOMER in the store. Keep in mind, the store has 3 registers and 5 extra employees basically goofing around. I asked one girl if she could ring us up, with no response. She quickly moved away from the register area and pretended like she didn’t hear me. The other employees grouped up and giggled, but still did nothing. The customer ahead of me was working through a return issue so it had taken about 10 minutes. When they were complete, we stepped up and he said he’d be right back and walked away. As he left he asked one of the other dim witted employees who standing next to the shoes dazing off to ring us out. He walked right up to one of the other apparently working registers and scanned our merchandise. ***Owner- we visited 1/30/21. You are paying 5 people to stand and do absolutely nothing except irritate customers. Maybe get rid of these folks and hire some that want to give customers a positive experience! We won’t be back, but maybe you’ll save future losses."
