"I don’t recommend anyone going to mercy health on king rd. I had a very high fever when I came in and left with a fever he was so rude all “he said was go home” he didn’t give me anything for fever or my body aches. I could tell that the nurse felt bad for me. I just wish I took the doctor’s name he was so rude."

"I had a very pleasant experience. From the receptionist, nurses, techs and doctors, each and everyone made my ER visit a bit more comfortable. Thank you!"

"These healthcare employees deserve all the stars I waited no more then 5 mins to go back the ER and waited 3 mins for the Dr to come in & exam my daughter and send us on our way that's the kind of service that makes this place great. Only person rude was the receptionist even my child said who hurt her she's rude for no reason. Everyone else provided great patience care."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Was there for over 10 hours and was not allowed to leave and was offered no food, which led to me throwing up multiple times while I was there. Was treated horrendously along with petty and incredibly inconsiderate responses. All staff were incredibly terrible at communicating with each other and with myself. They also giggled behind the door saying awful things about their patients, even saying, “I guess we’ll say they’re VERY manic” before bursting out laughing. Was threatened with police and restraints. I’ve never once in my life yelled at anyone professional out of anger, but I was left to no other choices because of how belittled I felt. Please go anywhere else if you have an emergency. Staff here’s only goal is to make you not their problem anymore."

"I usually choose this place for urgent issues, so with my doctor said I needed to do a walk in to be assessed , I chose to go somewhere I felt comfortable. Never had any issues prior to today. But this experience was terrible from start to finish and I left feeling disgusted with how I was treated. Will only utilize lab when needed as the phlebotomists are always great."
