"Today I took my 2 year old and my self to go see the eye doc. Her appointment was a hour and forty mins before mine. She is also autistic and can be a handful. They did a fantastic job with her and reassured us that her eye will correct its self! Now mind you I have my 9 yr old and my 1 yr old with me all being … well kids. I was mortified at how they were acting because it seemed to be a whole new level! The front desk would giggle because they thought they were adorable as I am corralling them around. Only took 20 mins to get my daughter in and out. I asked my husband if they wanted to go shopping to burn some time. When they politely interrupted and said would you mind seeing Doctor cherry ? I was thrilled ! So my husband kept the 2 busy while the 1 yr old tagged along with momma. He was fantastic! Did not judge me for having waited so long for getting new glasses. Was quick but definitely knew what he was doing! This location was everything I hoped it would be being so small! I will highly recommend this place to anyone I know! You guys were amazing! An have earned life long clients !!"

"Dr Cherry and his staff were all so very kind to see me when I had a concern with my eyes. From the moment I called they were very accommodating and understood my concern. When I went into the office they got to work quickly and helped find out what my issue was. Dr Cherry did several test & explained my issues very well to me and helped ease my mind. I am happy to have found a caring, friendly ophthalmologist office."

"The website says they are open sometimes when they are not and a few times in the past I've had to play the back and forth game with them for my contacts. Once or twice I got sent the wrong prescription and now I'm waiting for when they open to get the right prescription. Other than that they are a good place to go to get you're eyes checked out!"

"Texted to confirm appointment 1 week before, which I did. Then called three times to remind me of my appointment . Then texted again the day before ti remind me, again. Told to come 15 minutes early for my appointment, which I did. Was given a form that wanted me to agree to have a special “optomap” test that cost $39, out of pocket.(insurance doesn’t cover this…..) Then waited 1 1/2 hours before I was seen by a doctor. Was given a prescription for new glasses, then told it was not covered by my insurance, after I waited for 10 more minutes. Never an apology for the long wait! My time wasted time was never a concern?! Was told “we’re short staffed” Horrible experience!"
