"This is my 3rd baby I’ve had and I’ve been seen by a midwife in flower hospital everytime. My last dr no longer practices so we went with someone new this time and it has been an awful experience every step of the way. Every time they’ve changed offices, they are constantly calling to reschedule my appts because they’ve gotten my dr schedule wrong. Now I’m due in 3 weeks and they want me to schedule with someone else because my dr is out of office on a day that I was already scheduled an appt. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me to start seeing someone else so late in my pregnancy"

"I want to give a big THANK YOU to so many people at the hospital. Thank you to the emergency room people, the nurses on the 6th floor who took such great care of my husband, the nurse who made sure there was a meal waiting after a long day without food, the cafeteria people who saw to his meals, and the janitorial people as well. A big thank you to the nurses in the old ICU unit that took care of him before and after his procedure. All of you were wonderful. Thank you so much."

"Came into the ER at 10:30pm for my husband, got a CT at 12:50am it’s currently 2:40am haven’t gotten any type of update or anything. Got blood work done, got a covid test panel for safe measures over an hour & a half ago & no update. Finally called out and they seemed bothered to answer the call light saying “ Did you mean to put your light on what’d you need” first of all that’s not how you answer a call light, second I’ve been watching you guys sit at the nurses station just chit chatting away. They don’t seem like they care for patients in the right way. When we first got to ER they had opened the cabinet which I’m showing you in the picture & they’ve never seemed to notice or care that it’s still unlocked & opened. Now I know working in the hospital that you can’t leave those open because they have needles & stuff in there. My husbands blood pressure was up to 149/99 & heart rate 114 told the nurse (because they haven’t been coming in & checking up on us) she goes “I’ve seen higher” ummm that’s not normal though & you being a nurse should know plus he told you he’s not normally high what so ever, shouldn’t that be somewhat concerning just laying in a bed not moving with a blood pressure & heart rate that high? Flower Hospital ER is ridiculous, unorganised & not professional what so ever. Nurses need to be better. Will choose not to come to flower again for care."
