"Saturday 430pm - 3 employees said they were going on break until 5. I said ok and hung around. At 5:05 I came to order and they again told me they were on break for another 15 mins . I don’t understand why all 3 employees break together ? This is prime time on a Saturday evening , if this was my business I wouldn’t be happy it was closed for almost an hour while 3 employees were working ?"
"No one was there each time we circled back for three whole hours when they were supposed to be open. There were two mostly drank teas with ice still in them so clearly someone opened but decided not to stick around for their shift so good luck if you decide to try ordering from there, online or in person."
