"I was shopping at the mall and decided get something to eat walk in Nordstrom grill for lunch. Manager goes to me what can I help you with rush tone seems like I was bothering him . Remember they just open a few minutes ago. Let me tell you that place needs help . Decor furniture from 2002 they haven’t updated nothing , food is basic like regular fast food dinner. It’s great location perfect to have that restaurant but it seems like Denys not NORDSTROM customers service is very poor very disappointed from that restaurant."

"This is a hidden gem! It’s my favorite restaurant in Cleveland. It’s always great, and the service is excellent. It’s always consistent. The tacos, tomato burrata and Brussels spouts are amazing as are the salads. I could eat here everyday. And they do curbside and door dash. I wish they used Uber eats for my Amex benefits but I’ll survive."
"On a shopping trip and we've never been into the fare you find in the 'food courts'. As we were exiting the mall saw the sign for the Grill and decided to give it a try. The food was excellent and the service first class. The prices were a little high but not outrageously so. She had prime sandwich with fries and he the fish (cod) and fries. The coleslaw was very very good with a unique sauce."
