I was a few days early for an upcoming sale, but the manager graciously gave me the benefit of the coming sale prices."

I gave him my budget and he was extremely accommodating. He helped me pick out the best matching jacket, pants, shirt, and shoes, and kept me right where I wanted to be budget wise. "Stopped in on Labor day to buy a new suit. We had just come from another retailer(clearly NOT your competition) after an absolutely disastrous (for them) encounter. I checked in via the app and a few moments later Eric greeted me. He enquired what we were looking for and I told him I was looking for a navy blue suit. He briefly explained what he had, but handed me a black suit coat to try on(just for sizing purposes). According to my wife, she loved the way it looked and changed my mind for me that it needed to be black. Eric found me a pair of pants that matched and offered me a pair of dress shoes to use for measuring the fit of the suit. Eric measured my neck and found me a shirt that fit well. After dressing I stepped out of the dressing room and fell in love with what he'd put together for me. So much so, I decided to buy the shoes to go with it! Eric did a fantastic job of helping me and assuring me that the suit I had on gave me the confidence needed to complete the look I was searching for. He was patient, he was extremely helpful, he was humorous and he didn't make me feel like I was in any way putting him out for being there. Now I'll be coming back for all my other suit needs because the value, the quality of the suit and the excellence of the service were all top notch! I felt like I definitely did "like the way I look(ed)" here much more than there!"

The manager, Regina, was very helpful. But the salesman, Mark, took care of me. He couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful.
