"The ladies are very nice and extremely easy to work with. The biggest downfall is how slow this place is. It isn't their fault. There is always a high volume of customers and only 2 rooms, so the process takes a while. And dropping off the tux can only be done on Sunday, so plan to wait 30 minutes or more to check your tux back in because everyone and their cousin is dropping off tuxes. Like I said, the Workers are great. They just need one more person and a bigger department."
