"I don’t understand how this practice doesn’t have 5 stars. They’re so great here. I’ve been having recurring stomach issues for over 6 months now. When I’d finally had enough, my GP referred me here. Last month, I had an initial appointment with Ian, a nurse practitioner, and he actually listened, made a plan with me for testing to rule some things out, and explained exactly what needed to happen. Tests came back okay, medicine I started helped but the issues didn’t go away completely. So I called Wednesday (2 days ago), they scheduled me back with Ian the next day (yesterday), he was super receptive again, seemed to really care, gave me his input, and they were able to get me in for an upper endoscopy the NEXT DAY (today). When I had the procedure today, everyone in that building was so nice. The receptionist, the nurse, the anesthesiologist, and Dr. Khatami, who performed the endoscopy. They were all super friendly and made me comfortable, despite me being pretty nervous. When it was done the doctor gave me and my wife a thorough explanation of what he saw, prescribed me a new medicine to hopefully help, and outlined next steps if it doesn’t. What more could you ask for?? I’m really happy that this is where I ended up. If you’re nervous about who around here to see for issues like this, definitely go with these guys. They’ll take great care of you."

"My dad is a patient of Dr. Parikh's. Dr. Parikh is great but the office staff at this location is horrible. It takes multiple people and the pharmacy calling for DAYS to even get a prescription refilled. They tried to tell us that we couldn't go back to see the doctor with my dad, but after them making a big fuss about it the doctor allowed it anyways. And some of them are just rude. We love Parikh so we won't be switching but we very much wish he had better office staff."
