"The staff is always so helpful and accommodating when I call to schedule an appointment. Both times they have gotten me right in within the week or even same day!! They take the time to communicate and ensure the best care, they don’t rush the care and time spent speaking with the patient. 10/10 recommend!!! There are none of the usual “hoops” to jump through to receive care here!"

"**2/28/23 This will be my last update to this review as the service has gotten so terrible with promises of callbacks not being kept my whole family is leaving**!**1/23/21 Since they have started using the suma phone answering line it is very hard to get anyone to answer and when they do answer they are unfamiliar with the office** All of the doctors that I have seen at family medicine associates have been very professional and thorough. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and understanding. My whole family is thrilled to have them as our Dr."

"Since Summa makes it pretty much impossible to file a complaint, I’ll just leave a review. If I could leave this place negative stars, I would. I suffer from excruciating migraines and since my general doctor is on leave for three weeks, a nurse scheduled me with this office instead to see Jennifer Mathias. I’d seen her before and had a good visit with her, but this time her staff told me 15 minutes before the appointment that they would not be able to give me any medication for the migraines I’ve been having. I would totally understand this if I was usually a patient with a different hospital, but I’ve been a patient with only summa doctors for about 15 years now. Every summa employee has access to mychart where they can clearly see I’ve had chronic migraines for years and have never had any medication dependency issues. Migraines HAVE to be treated with medication, so if they had no intention of treating me the appointment should never had been made in the first place. Just a blatant attempt to make money and not help the patient at all. Basically they’re leaving me in horrible daily pain all through the holidays until my general doctor comes back from leave. Moral of the story, I would go literally anywhere else than this place."
