"My experience with UH urgent care yesterday was really great, they took very good care of me. I was super sick and in a lot of pain and they were timely and very thorough in my exam, the doctors and nurses and staff were very professional and yet still caring. They asked how other family members were feeling as well, my son is in the hospital, and they just seemed to care about my well being, and my family too. I don’t go to any other urgent care anymore, always UH. Even when they’re pretty busy they do a good job of not making people wait for hours. They really do the best they can. I appreciate this from an urgent care clinic. They don’t waste your time and exams have always been thorough."

"I set my urgent care appointment up online 30 minutes ahead of time. That was easy. I got there exactly on time. Check in was easy since all the "paper work" was completed online. Got called back after a short 5 minute wait. Saw the nurse then the doctor right way. Treated by a kind and compassionate doctor. The whole process was about 45 minutes in and out."

"This was a quick, easy, great urgent care experience. I brought my daughter for testing with a fever and sore throat. Front office staff (Michelle, Caleb) were polite and efficient. The MA (Payton) was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hohn is about the nicest provider ever. She made my nervous kiddo feel more comfortable. We got the testing we needed fast and the Rx was filled right at the office. Excellent care!"

"Really love the fact that you can sign in and do your paperwork online... I did mine from the parking lot. Also you can wait in your automobile and they will text you when you are due to come in... better than sitting in the waiting room the whole time. Staff were very nice and helpful. And the doctor was pleasant and spent more time with me than I expected... he was very thorough. Thank you for great service!"
