"Manager, Amber is difficult to deal with. She never calls back when you need something. I can't get anyone to come out and check the recliner I'm renting. Part of it wasn't connected correctly or it's defective. (power recliner) Amber always assures me she'll take care of the problem and then I never hear from her. She has been witnessed taking phones off the hook, she lies to me over and over. I'm probably going to rent the same chair from another company."

If you can’t make your payment, she will figure out a way for you to keep the stuff and make your payment. She is amazing and her manager.
