"I went in Facet Jewelry's Amelia location to have a ring sized. Julia B. Immediately headed over to help and was courteous and knowledgeable as she took care of me. When I picked it up I noticed another ring which I fell in love with. I told my husband about the ring and suggested it as a Christmas gift. When he went in to purchase it she expedited his purchase and had the ring sized and ready to go immediately!! I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service we received. Thank you Julia!!!"

"What a great place to shop for jewelry! I purchased a gold ring in mid-June and all employees treated me like the gold I bought! I mainly worked with Julia at the Amelia location. Julia made me feel completely comfortable in the store. She did not pressure me in any way; she was very professional and showed me many pieces of jewelry, even pieces that were clearly not for me. Julia was oh so kind and patient while it took me five days to make a final decision! Jeweler, Dan Sr, did a great job! Dan helped me decide on the size of the ring about which I am very particular. Though not expected, he perfectly sized my ring on the spot. Dan then offered, cleaned and complimented other pieces of jewelry I wore into the store! The price paid was very reasonable. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! This ring will be worn every day. I would give Julia seven stars were it possible. Hope to do business with Julia at Facet again in the future."
