He's left us waiting in an exam room for an hour before and he's ignored the scheduled time of video conference calls making him hard to count on. The staff doesn't call back when they say they will either."

"Quite frankly, this is a criminal enterprise. To start off, the customer service here is atrocious. I’ve been on the phone hours and hours and they seem incapable of even the most basic task. I went in with a simple concern, and they insisted on many appointments and tests that were not needed. After making a small fortune off me, they were seemingly satisfied with basically giving me a diagnosis that nothing was wrong (despite literally every other medical person I know indicating a significant problem existed and has been since diagnosed). But then it turns out that these heathens were not done yet. I have been incorrectly charged, overcharged, double-charged, AND NOW TRIPLE CHARGED and for a brief time put myself at risk of additional severe health consequences up to dying because of how obscenely inept this unconscionable business is. I’ll be still getting recurring bills that the incompetent staff won’t refund long after I’m dead from the heart issue they failed to diagnose. Please, if you are reading this: do not go here. You are better off with literally any other heart doctor, and I have wasted far too much of my life putting up with the absolute garbage from this place. If, however, you are in the mood for taking some customer service abuse and giving donations to this evil place then go right ahead but don’t say you were not warned."

"This is by far the worst medical practice regarding the staff and the call back to answer questions related to clinical questions. I have been a patient here for over ten years but the last two years have been a nightmare. My doctor is good but the staff including the nursing staff responsible for getting in touch with you regarding your questions or requests for further testing is beyond horrible. I am so done with this practice, sadly. I am speaking from a position of knowledge as I have previously been an office manager and physician assistant to a primary care physician for over eight years. No one in our practice would have treated our patients like this. Totally un acceptably and rude. If you care about how you are treated don't go here."
