"My wife came in for a nerve block and he didn’t bother to check what she was allergic to. He gave her two medications she was allergic to and I had to narcan her about an hour later. They even charged her for them trying to kill her. They also got rid of me years ago from their pain clinic because I wouldn’t let them give me injections anymore. I’d had the to the joint and the nerve. Had the nerves burnt and told them they weren’t sticking me in my spine anymore. My next pain dr. appt I was done."

"If you're not putting dollars into Gupta's pockets throughout his medical mall, he doesn't GAF about your well-being. If Gupta can't make money by forcing you to take spinal blocks, ECT, he threatens to STOP your pain meds that at least give you some measure of pain relief. It's sad, unfair & as far as I'm concerned, unethical. If anyone knows how he can be reported pleaz let us all know who he can be reported to, TIA."

"Staff is very rude. Doctor does not care about the patients; he cares how many patients he has so he can get paid. Going to him was the biggest mistake of my entire life. If you have terrible pain go somewhere else!!!!!! I have never met such a rude Doctor. He has said some very inappropriate things of a sexual nature. Then I ran across an article about him being charged with sexual misconduct. He was found "not guilty", which doesn't mean "innocent". Just google his name. Now, I just read the review from Jason Hall...I have to respond to that! First of all, I gave an honest review—saying that the negative reviews are from bitter people who want drugs is insulting to “me”. Some of us are not allowing ourselves to be given highly addictive medicine, are you? With 4 herniated discs in my back I saw Dr Gupta for the first time back in 1993 when I first arrived in Dayton. Before that, my experience with the injections that I needed desperately were painful because I always did them “without” sedation. Well, when I saw that this office offered sedation I tried it. It was a much better experience. It was a very “new” practice at that time. So, I continued to see this doctor for that reason. Not because I needed drugs from him. After years of being one of his patients, I began to notice the change—I stopped going to him. I found another doc who offered sedation who eventually ended up leaving Ohio. I went back to Gupta out of desperation due to the severe pain that I was having. But, make no mistake about it! He is a very “rude”, “nasty” little man. The very last time “he” gave me an injection (I will never forget this). He came into the room before I was given sedation and started the procedure I begged him to wait— he said “you’re acting like a baby, if you don’t like it you can get up now and go home”. I was in shock! And in no position at that time to do anything. Needless to say, he has not touched me since and never will again. I see the PA now and a very pleasant Dr. Mehta does my injections. So, just to reiterate—not everyone is looking for narcotics and saying bad things because they can’t get them. Gupta feels very entitled in this country. He now owns several businesses in Dayton and does procedures on patients in the form of a factory “assembly line”. He just purchased a marijuana farm. This man is all about the almighty dollar and that’s it. BELIEVE THAT! And yes, he does make very sexual statements to some of the female patients; I’ve experienced it myself (with his nurse/aid in the room)—but that would take another 3 pages here. Unbelievable!"

"I didn't receive enough anesthesia last time I had to get shots, so it was extremely painful. I cried and said "C'mon! You can do better than this! & I need more anesthesia!" He crabbed at me for shaking the table! In the recovery area, I called him everything but a milk cow, and he came out and stared at me like I had two heads. He was trying to intimidate me. I had told the nurse he was incompetent. The saddest thing is, the first set of shots went beautifully, with plenty of anesthesia, and I didn't feel anything! Today, I had more shots. He started giving them before the anesthesiologist even gave me anything! I was yelling ouch, the anesthesiologist pushed the meds in too fast, my hand and arm started burning, and I started crying more. The anesthesiologist never did get enough meds in me, and most of the shots hurt. The nurse had said I would get numbing meds in my back, but I don't think I got any. Today, in recovery, he has to look at my paperwork to get my name, and he tells me that he's tired of all the drama, he makes enough money and doesn't need mine, and that he doesn't want me to come for shots anymore! ! ! Absolutely no compassion or concern for me. He's a bully, cause he was blaming me for my reactions to his poor customer/patient service. If you are referred to Dayton Outpatient Center, by your family doctor, insist that they send you some place else!! Run!! Save yourself!! I wish I had read about how pitiful he is before ever going there!! So, I have been fired by my doctor, because of my high anxiety, and his total lack of concern for me as a human being. He doesn't know how to be good to his patients, he just wants your money. I hope this message helps several people to avoid the same fate as me! Thank you for reading it."
