"Took my ford explorer in for water pump replacement, ended up the water pump was replaced fine but after radiator needed replace for a crack. then found the splash guards from the inner fenders were missing. Asked if they still had then and NO. Beware and check how many parts are missing or damaged before leaving if you dare take your in."
