"Just saw an eye doc in our new city, Baltimore. He asked me who did my eye surgery. I told him Dr Charles Breen in Kentucky. He told me that Dr Breen had done an EXCELLENT job! Later he told me I should recommend Dr Breen to all my friends back home because his work was exceptional! Thank you, Dr Breen!!!"
"Dr. Breen and his ophthalmology assistant coordinated well to provide a very thorough, professional eye exam."
"Everything went great at the hospital! I was very disappointed with the wait times at the Doctor's office follow-ups. With the first eye I waited one and half hours to see Dr. Breen. With the second eye, I waited an hours and fourth five minutes. Something is definitely wrong with their scheduling system."
"Dr. Brean has done cataract surgery on both my eyes very successfully. I am very thankful for him & would recommend him to anyone. The staff in the office are very kind & accommodating to my physical needs & scheduling needs. The only issue that i had & it does happen with most doctors, is punctuality, especially for early morning appointments. I do understand that things happen & things come up unexpectedly, though."
"Staff was great; however, Breen was rather a bit condescending for my taste. Began explaining to me what an acronym is, to which I replied I knew. That was fine, no big deal. But moments later he inquired if I was listening to him whilst he was explaining something. Which, of course, I was......no clue why he asked that. Perhaps he was having a bad day, or he thinks women are too stupid to understand basic things. Either way, I'm fine with never going to him again. Staff gets the stars."
