To begin the process of obtaining medical marijuana treatment, patients must have their primary care physician send their medical records to us for review. It is important that these records clearly indicate the chronic and severe nature of the pain.
Once we have received your medical records and a $50 deposit, we will schedule an appointment for you to see our physician, Dr. Sean Stiltner, D.O. During the appointment, we will assist you in completing the Ohio Medical Marijuana card registration if you are eligible. The $50 deposit will be applied to the total cost of the visit.
