"Canceled 3 times. Second & third time she was a no call no show. 1st time she said her daughter was sick & she had to cancel. Completely understandable. Owner contacted me & rescheduled on 12/28 for 12/31 at noon. I drove 30 min to this business. Door locked. Messages sent to owners personal cell & messenger. Both showed that she read the message but no response. Waited 1 hr. No response. frustrated that no communication whatever the situation & didn’t seem to value my time as a client. Owner messaged me a few days later claiming she lost all messages & was locked out of all social media but was some how posting to social media. Owner said she was giving 1 hr free massages to those clients that were effected by owners “technical issues.” I asked the owner on Friday 1/12/24 if she had anything available for this weekend & the owner said she could do this Sunday 1/14/24 at 11am. I told her that I would like a 90 minute massage but if she was still honoring the 1 hr free then I would schedule for 2 hrs if she was up for that. Crickets. I had a hunch I should message the owner to make sure she was going to be there for the scheduled appointment. I messaged the owner around 1010am on 1/14/24. The owner messaged me back & said that she was not going to make it because she was locked out of her house & car and was an hour from the studio. I asked the owner if she wanted to push the appointment back until she could get there or did she want to cancel. The owner responded that she was not 100% sure how to handle this. Meanwhile she posted to Facebook on her personal page that she was playing video games with her grandson. When I called the owner out on it she didn’t respond to me but she did comment on that same FB post that she was locked out of her house and her daughter was an hour away? I asked the owner what she wanted to do if she was going to making it or not so I knew what to do. Mean while it’s showing that the owner saw my message. The owner did not notify my mother that she was not keeping her appointment & my mother drove 30 minutes. The owners husband was there & said he could do a relaxing message but as a student he couldn’t do a deep tissue massage. My mother didn’t to keep that appointment because she needed the deep tissue massage & didn’t feel comfortable w/ a man she didn’t know. Owner posts about how she values her customers but if this is how she value us then I am not sure how she stays in business. The owner posts about how she want clients to value her time and talents yet doesn’t value clients time & money. 1 ⭐️ for giving a good massage when the owner actually shows up for scheduled clients. •Very poor communication skills. •Zero ability to take responsibility for own actions. •Unable to keep stories and excuses straight and caught in multiple lies. -first time no call no show she said it was due to issues with her phone and unable to log into any social media but was some how still posting to social media and reviewed Facebook messenger and said “read” on her person phone but was still no call or no show for appointment she scheduled. -2nd time no call no show she said she was locked out of her car and house and was an hour from her studio however she posted to Facebook she was play video games with her grandson. -when called out on situation publicly she removed all comments & began to claim that she canceled because her and her family are sick but that is not the truth. •Unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude • Unable to accept constructive criticism •Will make appointments & not notify client that she is canceling & be a no call no show for that appointment •When client complains about the behavior & standing client up multiple times instead of communicating with the client she takes to business Facebook page to bash clients, call them names, lie about situation, claim victim, & call client a bully. •Doesn’t value or respect clients time or money. • Does not apologize for behavior of standing up clients. • No call no show for multiple appointments for scheduled clients."

"Out of the Woods Healing is a gem! The relaxation massage with aromatherapy was exactly what I needed. Susan has a skilled touch and a lovely massage room. We had a wonderful chat beforehand where I shared a bit about my past and why I was seeking a massage, and Susan made me feel heard, cared for, and totally safe. She is such a cool, knowledgeable, and kind person who is really passionate about what she does! Thank you, Susan!"

"Called ahead of time. Set something up 4 hours in advance. Got there. Door was locked. No one would answer. No one would answer the phone. Saw a customer leave. Waited 10 minutes at the door. Very unprofessional and flakey service. A waste of time and gas. Edit. After speaking on the phone. She started yelling and screaming because I stated how unprofessional it was. To call someone 30 minutes after a reservation. Expecting them to still do business If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute garbage of a human being. It isn't asking alot to stick to a reservation timeline. Or at the very least make an effort to communicate with customers if the day is going awry. If someone Is paying for a service and driving out of their way. That should be commonplace. Yelling and screaming and hanging up the phone because someone is confronting you on poor management highlights how unprofessional that place is."
