"Picked up a pair of women's Air Max today gold ones got them as a gift today and why was one shoe a 6 and the other a 8 of a different gold shoe every one at the party was cracking up laughing. They also are very limited of stock in a women's size 8. Shoe brands need to let these stores sale shoes as they come in stock. And not have to wait for the green light to sale them. Also the internet says they open until 8pm I called 4 times no one picked up! So I gotta go back to the store tomorrow smh. So who's at fault here me for not checking or the stores for putting the wrong shoes in the box and different sizes. Either way I'm outta gas and my time and got laughed at. Smh"
"My purchase for smooth, quick efficient, and the staff were attentive and pleasant. My return however, it was frustrating because I learned there wasn’t a manager in the store that could process my transaction and when they called the store manager, she told me I had to go to a different location to process my return."
"There were signs up stating "30% OF ALL BOOTS". I got a pair off the table but they rang up regular price. I was told if the 30% doesn't automatically come off then they are not on sale which is frustrating because the sign does not say "select boots". Same thing happened to a lady standing next to me. How, the same style boots were on sale in men sizes...doesn't make sense."
