Just because I'm a chronic pain patient elsewhere doesn't give them the right to treat patients this way please don't go to mercy ever"

"Took my brother in law in for a uti he’s Down’s syndrome and they was so good to him and us. From the front desk to the doctor and a very sweet nurse . So happy for this emergency room because they had a awesome team tonight and I hope they stay"

"Horrible experience. I was there 5 hours and nothing was accomplished. I was told people were there for different things....that's why everyone else had been seen and discharged before me. 5 hours. The DR said I could do 1 more test but if I didn't want to I could be discharged. I had 1 test left. New people came into the room next to me and were cursing, fighting, and loudly mocking the other patients. I told them I needed to be moved. They said they had no other place for me. I said ok then you can discharge me as the doctor said.The solution to this was to discharge me against medical advice and let the foul people stay in the room next to me. RUDE doctor and staff."

"I should have read the reviews for this place before visiting. The nurses and doctor showed little concern for my injury, and left me alone and untreated for approximately 2 hours until I walked out. Went to Clermont Mercy where I received excellent care and 7 stitches for my injury."

"Multiple amount of issues whith this place. It's 3am morning of 1-28-23 and I dropped of a patient who was suffering from some issues his self, and the receptionist was rude to look at me and say " OK, we got it you can leave now", in a demeaning manner. I would imagine this individual would consistently receive these complaints."
