"Should be allowed to rate zero stars. All I needed was a referral. I get cluster headaches and just needed the doctor to refer me to a neurologist. That's it. I missed work for my appointment for them to inform me WHEN I GET THERE that since I was in the ER that morning insurance won't cover it. Then they said I would have to come in another day, therefore missing more work, to get a referral. All I needed was for them to get me to neurology. That's it. Then when I call to speak with the office manager to simply figure something out so I can get help for the ailment that's been running my life, she's been conveniently out of the office all day. Complete unprofessional behavior."
