"Every experience with this er has been dismal. Had a herniated disc and they just pushed me full of pills and shoved me in a car before I could even walk on my own, sent me away. Ended up in a different er hours later (Christ Hospital thankfully). Basically a revolving door for pain pills, to get you out as quickly as possible."

"Excellent experience. The doctor and the staff,including the security gaurd who helped me get out of the car and into the building are very attentive and responsive. Sam,the nurse went above and beyond. I am very impressed and grateful."

"I went to this location two times and the only fixed one problem. I first came in complaining about UTI and flu symptoms. They first diagnosed me with strep throat, but when it came to my UTI they misdiagnosed me TWICE! I constantly complained about how it hurt to pee and that it was getting worse. They just wanted to focus only on my throat and no other problems. If I hadn’t gone to urgent care the next day i would have never gotten diagnosed and better. In a two days span I was the sickest i’ve been and in the most pain, but they didn’t seem to care about that, just pushed it to the side like it was nothing. Besides that the nurses were nice, but once again unhelpful because they kept ignoring my side effects."

"My wife fell hit her head. I took her to St e Covington and the NP denied her a CT scan never did neuro checks no physical exam other than putting a glove on to touch her head and tell her you have a bruise I've it and take ibuprofen. Even after she explained she doesn't feel right. If she doesn't want to have compassion and do her due diligence as a health care provider. She needs to get out of healthcare. Terrible service and care. Shame on her M.S. 9/17/23 at 1230pm"

"First time visit to this new hospital. Location and grounds are wonderful. The staff was especially helpful and courteous going the extra steps to ensure a successful visit. Screening was in place for all entrances. Highly recommended. Highly visible from highway. Plenty of parking with sufficient handicap accessible locations near entrances. Local TANK route through campus. Non Smoking campus, of course. Great addition to metropolitan area."
