"My fiancé, daughter and I went into the store today with the intent to purchase our daughter a pair of shoes. Upon entry we were not greeted, there were three associates in the store. One associate was assisting two customers who left without purchasing anything. The other two associates were checking a family out. We walked around the store first looking at adult shoes then over at the kids shoes. At this point we were the only 3 in the store along with the three associates who were behind the counter talking. Not once were we spoken to or asked if we needed help. I get most of my daughters shoes from journeys but I was very disappointed with our experience at this one."
