"I never really write reviews, but I had a great experience here!! I went in for a pre-employment physical on 02/23 and they got me in and out pretty quickly, even though there were a lot of tests! The nurse who actually did all the tests was so kind and efficient, she explained each test really well and made me feel comfortable before we started. I'd definitely recommend this location!"

"Location is not good at all. We sent someone here for a pre-employment screen. The facility then refused to send any documents to us (the employer) or let her leave with her physical exam paperwork. So thanks for taking our companies money and not providing paperwork. AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"I had a scheduled drug screening appointment for 3:30pm and it was over an hour before I was seen by someone for something that only takes minutes. I talked to 4 other people in the waiting room and they’d been waiting for 2 hours!! What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re not even going to get in near the scheduled time?! The clinic was so busy that none of the staff could take a break to eat lunch. That’s terrible and unacceptable. TriHealth you need to do better…."

"I was a walk in for a physical today and was told up front since I didn't have an appointment it might be awhile before I was seen. It wasn't 30 minutes and I was called back. They are short staffed, like most in the world right now, but did a terrific job today. All are professional and do their best with the staff they have. I would recommend to anyone!"
