"Get multiple copies of paperwork that you need to have them fill out, you'll need them to fill them out a couple times. Your papers will either get lost or not filled out properly, or they even give you back the wrong papers. Not a one time issue for me either."

"The facilities are not as fancy as at Promedica, but some excellent doctors and nurses and medical assistants work there. Five stars to them. I put the 3 stars to attract attention to the lab situated there. There is a phlebologist there who would leave you with serious pain and bruises for 10 days after a simple blood draw. Even more serious is that they are careless with the prescribed tests and made mistakes, which had to be fixed with additional blood draws another day."

"My doctors there are the most kind and compassionate people. Anytime I have had a legit problem they have helped. My PCP is amazing and treats me like a human. I am a heavier girl and he’s the first doctor to treat me as a person and not my weight. When I went to the ER with spinal pain, they never thought it was a weight problem, whereas previous doctors said I messed up my spine because of my weight… they never read the part in my charts that said arthritis and Degenerative disc disease runs in my family… both my aunt and grandfather getting their first surgeries in their twenties. Where my pcp and my specialist looked into it. Scheduling me an MRI and stopping my PT sessions because I said the issue was getting worse. When I went in last time I didn’t lose any more weight. My pcp said he knows that when someone who was heavy as I was loses a bunch of weight we plateau (I was over 280lbs). He said he’s proud that I’ve kept off the 30lbs I lost that I need to increase my exercise and keep maintaining my healthier eating habits. But said that he’s proud of the amount of work I have done to overcome my issues with depressive eating. And that if I keep trying and I don’t lose more weight we can look into other options for weight loss. He knows that’s what I want. He knows I have body image issues, but it also effects other parts of my body. I also go to the ObGYN here. She’s always forward and honest with me. The nursing staff and her don’t make me feel uncomfortable and never have. They are extremely chill. My Ob is ALWAYS honest with me. I love her for that. I have issues getting bacterial infections, because of my IUD and the fact I’ve had two children. She doesn’t treat me like I’m dirty or gross, she treats it like it is, an overgrowth of bacteria. The lab staff is also extremely professional, and I’ve never had issues with them finding my veins… but also I’ve only had 2 or 3 people have issues with my veins… you can see my veins really well, I’m extremely pale and my veins are closer to the skin. I’ve never had a bad expirence here."

"I am so glad I found a great family Physician here. Dr. Andrew Overholser takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives you a plan to achieve your health care goals. He involves other members of the team like a pharmacy specialist to help you . It is very convenient to have the pharmacy, lab, and x rays in the same building. Also my OBGYN is in the same building!"

"If there were 0 stars to choose from, that would be my choice. I have never, ever received such amateurish medical treatment in my life. Absolutely no "real" doctors available for surgery. You are, unfortunately, in the hands of a resident, who is pretty much clueless when it comes to major surgery. I had major vascular surgery on May 2nd, performed by this "so-called Dr." During surgery, which was to be 3-4 hours long, turned into an 8-9 hour exercise in futility. In the middle of the procedure, I was AWOKEN BY EXTREME PAIN. Turns out, a blood clot had formed in my lower ankle. Turns out this so called Dr was supposed to give me 3 months of Plavix, but only gave me a months supply, thus causing the clot to stay there & possibly be enlarged. I have since transferred all my medical records STAY AWAY!!!!"
