"Make sure you don't get accused of stealing gas!.On 4/5 I pulled up to a pump that would not scan my card, so i backed the car up to another pump.The manager came out and told me I had not paid for my gas.(stolen gas) I immediately told him to call the Massillon police, check my fuel gauge and look in my trunk for gas cans. he declined! I called the customer service number which the assist store manager gave me, the district manager was given my number to call, crickets.I wrote a note to customer service 4/5 , no answer.Obviously they don't want me as a customer, we spent $5000.00 plus last year with my plus perks. With all the competition for grocery stores and low margins a consumer would think they would be treated better? I guess not."

"I was just at this location (Feb 9th @ 8:45) The nicest man checked me out with my purchase. I was only in there for a few minutes. He is genuinely so nice. I hope someone from Giant Eagle sees this review and they appreciate him. I spent decades hiring people for customer service roles, and if I was still doing this...I would recruite him in a minute! Thank you (whoever you are) for being so nice. You set the tone for my day :)"
