"This dunkin used to be a great location but for the past few months it's been terribly slow and the food and drinks have been terrible. Every time I'm waiting a good 30 minutes even for a walk in mobile order. And without fail every time I come in I see staff not paying attention, goofing off, or hiding in the back. This is ridiculous"
"This place has taken a nose dive so badly. Literally the service is terrible. Easily a 20 min wait in the drive through everyday. Today they gave me a drink with a hole in the bottom from slamming it on the counter so I lost half my drink in my car. Awesome."
"Everytime we go here lately they are out of everything how does a business have doughnuts in their name and be out of 90% of their doughnuts all the time. Just tried to pick up my mobile order that i prepaid for was told when i arrived that they were out of the 2 doughnuts i ordered for my son, then i tried to get replacements and they were out of them as well. It was 10am how are you out of so much. Then i asked to be refunded for the doughnuts so i could ho get him some at a real doughnut place and was told that i had to go through the app and customer service to get a refund. I would recommend going some where else the service at this location is garbage."
"This location tries very hard to please their customers. My bacon is always crispy (I do ask for this feature), and they never disappoint."
"Unless you enjoy wasting your time and money I highly recommend not ordering here, I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time for a coffee and piece of toast but they completely ignore mobile orders for drive though orders. I watched one woman spend 5 minutes making sausage Pattie’s to stock bins instead of making any orders unless is was to help for drive though orders. Left empty handed after paying in advance because they could care less"
