"Our restaurant of choice was closed, so we decided to try BurgerFi. So glad we did. I love love loove the decor and how spacious the interior is. Our order was taken by a new hire, but their customer service was 5 star. They were very helpful with recommendations and any questions we had. Their menu is on the pricer side, but it was worth what we ordered. Their custard milkshakes are delicious and creamy. I got the banana churro. I wasn't too fond of the french fries because I like mine crispier, and the burgers did not look really impressive, but they tasted great (which matters more to me haha). Will be back again to try more on the menu."

"I was out in Cuyahoga falls making a return, when I decided to grab an early dinner. Of all the different choices of restaurants and foods I chose to stop at BurgerFi. I am very glad I did. The food is amazing! The fries were crisp and the burger... The burger was incredible!!! Not too much sauce, and what was put on the fires was just enough. I got the CEO and a side of fries, Urban style. I tell you now you will not regret getting the food from BurgerFi. I live 45 minutes from here and I would more than happily take the trip just to eat here again."

"Awful service, man at the counter treated us like it was a bother we came in when my husband was excited to try for the first time. We ordered our food to go, and the chef put it on the tray, not a big deal until they just shoved it in a bag rather than put it in a togo container. So our garlic fries made a mess in the bag. The key lime concrete was okay, but the garlic fries were soggy and over seasoned, burger was average at best. First time there, we decided we won’t ever be going back even before receiving our food because the customer service left an awful first impression!"

"Holy goodness this place is amazing. A burger place you can get draft beer at? Had never seen one of these while we’re driving thru cuyahoga falls. Restaurant was super clean and we got our order taken real quick. While walking we spied these amazingly fried and stacked onion rings so we had to try those. We both got the fi burger. It was prepared with love. Most places slap their burgers together and this was assembled perfectly. Delivered to our table nice and hot. The bread is toasted and the branded touch is nice. The onion rings were as good as they looked. Appreciated the coke machine with a million flavors. I tried a cream soda and later diet ginger ale. Really loved this love and wish there was one by home. I suspect the workers were the owners and hence the pride I everything. Highly suggest trying them out. AAPRECIATE THE GREAT FOOD AND FAST SERVICE!!"
