"This location is the best location in my opinion. All the ladies are very patient kind and courteous. They have long lines but these women work so hard to get your drink to you in a timely monitor. What I notice the most is their team work. They even have someone outside and take your order at times to speed it up. I’m in a rush in the morning and I’m very impressed how fast they get my coffee. I drive 20 minutes the opposite direction to come here because when I go to Howe ave I wait all that time and they still get my order wrong. At Howe ave I order a 5/4 white lightning they don’t even mix the white mocha so it’s thick with nothing but sweetener. just rush through and guess what they end up making it over and over wasting product and wasting time. People spend 5.45 for a 5/4 they don’t mind paying for as long as it’s made right. I appreciate so much all the employees on graham rd because they make my day every morning. Thank you ❤️ always great customer service."
