"i recently went into this zumiez and was publicly harassed by Julie because she “assumed we were stealing” we are minors and we’re honestly scared when she approached us aggressively and began cursing at us. we had mentioned multiple times that we had a gift card so we would have no reason to steal from here. she could have approached it and handled it very differently than how she did."
"Chloe was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Did not try to solve a return issue. Had an attitude from the moment a return was mentioned. Ended up going to another sales associate for help. She then was rude to two teenage girls trying to complete a purchase as well. Will not return to this location until adequate staff is available, when their job is to HELP customers."
