"I'm very disappointed that my husband came in Wednesday to pick out something for me and none of the workers offered to help him or the other 2 black men that were they, but every white male that came in received help automatically. Thank you Bath and Body Works for offering help as soon as he walked in. By the way he waited there for 20 minutes and no one said anything."

"I just called this morning for a purchase I have placed on this store and they placed the order online for me but the package did not arrived and they said it was held for many reasons. I called this store and the manager who works in here today was very rude and keep just giving me reasons and disrespectful. She did not even listen to what happened to my order and kept assuming otherwise. I have made multiple purchase and recently ordered online before with another manage that very helpful. The manage that works in today is very rude and this is the last time I will go to this store or even shop at Victoria Secret. I will reach out to customer service and headquarters for this matter."

"Employee was very rude, i had a coupon for 20$ off 50$ plus a bonus gift and they did not want to give me it they said they don’t have any bonus gifts when it said it in the back of the coupon then she kept staring at the coupon like she didn’t know how to read, then treated me rudely after i asked, but was treating another customer very nicely. Will not be returning to this location, they need to keep their staff in check"
