"Definitely don’t recommend this location. I frequent other locations but stopped at this one because it was on my travel route out of town. I placed a mobile order about 8-10 minutes before I arrived at the window (ample time to prepare 6 munkins, 1 donut, and an iced coffee, at least at other locations that is more than enough time). I pulled up to the window where the lady, in the grumpiest tone said I needed to wait because it “wasn’t even ready yet”. I was about to say I could pull back around so it doesn’t mess up her timer (I’ve worked fast food, so I understand) but before I could say it, she smacked her hand on the counter and walked away, Literally less than 10 seconds later, she comes back with my order (….so it was ready lol) and practically throws it out the window at me. Incredibly rude for no reason. I hope her day gets better but I won’t return to this location. 2/13/24, 7:14am"

"Every single time I come the coffe is watered down and the employee looks like he hates working there! If I can give 0 stars I would! I do not like stopping here! They literally ruin vibes and I ask for light ice and they don’t understand what that means! Eww literally always throw i g money down the drain when I buy coffee here cause I always end up throwing it away!!"

"How is a donut store out of donuts all the time at 9 am. Very frustrating. No hate towards the workers but who ever is in charge of how much product they should have a day is doing a terrible job. Imagine Burger King out of burgers half way through lunch time. It’s called dunking donuts. Donuts, ridiculous. Just came through another time at 9:30 and place is out of donuts again. So ridiculous"

"This Dunkin’ Donuts needs help, they give out the wrong orders to people, don’t know where to put the food that was ordered online compared to drive thru & instead of helping someone tell them hold on 3 times. Food that was ordered around 830 was not received until 920 because of their lack of customer service. Manager with the split dye hair was the only nice one however ."
